I'm Lefulesele Matsebo Mosoeu, a psychological counsellor passionate about supporting young people, couples, and families through life's challenges. My approach is warm, conversational, and empowering — helping you reconnect, rebuild, and rediscover your strength.

I am dedicated to supporting my clients on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and emotional wellbeing. My work is guided by empathy, authenticity, and respect for each person's unique story. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to explore their emotions, make sense of their experiences, and learn healthier ways to cope with life's challenges.

My Counselling Approach

I use a client-centered and holistic approach that focuses on the whole person — mind, body, and environment. My sessions are conversational, flexible, and designed to meet each client's needs at their own pace.

I often draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic Counselling, integrating these with warmth and compassion to help clients find clarity, resilience, and growth. My counselling sessions are designed to feel natural and empowering, allowing you the freedom to lead your healing journey in a comfortable space.
